18. More on Heba Pap + Recipes

Prior to discovering Heba I had already started experimeting with low carb baking, using banting friendly products. Friends were so encouraging, upon seeing pictures of my baking results and many would also attempt them thereafter and often get back to me with positive feedback. Some however complained that they just didn’t have the time to experiment or to go grind up seed or nut flours because life was too hectic already. So now upon discovering ‘Heba Pap’ I just couldn’t wait to get back to them about this amazing banting premix, that could be made into various daily staples.

When I posted my findings on groups many were hearing about ‘Heba Pap’ for the first time. Some however  were not. Not only did some know we could make staples from these, they also started forwarding us pictures and recipes for other goodies as well such as muffins, koeksusters, crackers, vetkoeks and rusks etc.

NOW I just couldn’t wait to get my hands on this premix. It was going to be the ideal solution for friends and family who didn’t want to make the time to grind up nut or seed flours.
